The CPI 260™ is a psychological instrument which explores an individual’s strengths and developmental opportunities. The CPI 260™ assessment measures an individual’s interpersonal approach, intrapersonal values, and level of satisfaction. It covers five conceptual categories: dealing with others, self-management, motivations and thinking style, personal characteristics, and work-related measures.

InPursuit uses the CPI 260™ in a number of circumstances: pre-employment assessment, individual development, performance improvement planning, and career management coaching.
