Finding talent is the first step. Keeping people is the next. InPursuit initiates its retention strategies prior to placing the candidate. Specific goals and timetables for actions are developed as part of the search strategy. The next step is using FirstView™ as an integration plan to create a thirty-day, sixty-day, and ninety-day action plan to ensure a fast start and set expectations.

Following this initial work plan, InPursuit will direct the completion of an evaluation process to ensure long term contribution and fit. This process may include FullView™, a multi-rater leadership assessment tool, Insights Discovery™, or CPI 260™. This process defines strengths and developmental areas of the new employee; individual coaching sessions are used to ensure proper focus is given to this retention strategy.
